Your details, kept simple.
What we collect on neftasmedias.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. Short version: only what you send us, only to reply to you.
Who we are
Neftas Medias is run by Bilal. For anything about your data, email bilal@neftasmedias.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form: your name, your business name (optional), your phone number or email, and your message.
When you visit: anonymous page-view counts through Vercel Web Analytics. It uses no cookies and doesn’t identify you. Our hosting provider also keeps short technical logs (like your IP address) to run and protect the site.
The “This is your visit” dashboard (time on site, cursor or touch heatmap, scroll depth) is calculated inside your browser. None of it is sent to us or stored anywhere.
We don’t use cookies, ads or tracking pixels.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send an automatic confirmation that we got it.
- To follow up about the work you asked about, if you want to go ahead.
- To see, in total, how many people visit the site.
The legal basis is taking steps you asked for before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and running the site. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.
Who handles it for us
- Vercel hosts the site and runs the contact form.
- Google Workspace delivers and stores our email.
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr serve the site’s fonts and animation code, so they see your IP address when the page loads.
Some of these companies process data outside the UK and EU, under standard contractual safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what we need for the work and for tax records.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or object to how we use them. Email bilal@neftasmedias.com and we’ll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Changes
If this changes, we’ll update this page and the date below.
